Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM AST will be processed the following business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.


Shipping Methods
Most orders are shipped through UPS as the preferred carrier. However, alternative carriers may be engaged where logistically necessary.

Canada

UPS Standard
Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and weight.

United States (Continental)

UPS Standard or UPS Expedited
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing.


High-Value Items

All putters are shipped fully insured for their full retail value, with signature required upon delivery, and carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.

These measures are in place to protect both the customer and the shipment.

Duties, Taxes and Customs (U.S. Orders)

All orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. In light of the current uncertainty surrounding cross-border trade, all applicable charges are covered by Sanfirth Golf and included in the purchase price. Customers will not incur additional costs at the border.

Please note that Sanfirth Golf is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or border processing.


Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship to Canada and the continental United States.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico.


Hawaii and Alaska
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is not available at checkout due to increased shipping costs and extended transit times.

Customers located in these regions may contact us prior to purchase to request a custom shipping quote, subject to availability.


Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking updates to appear.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
All putters are insured during transit. Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include photo documentation of both the packaging and the product.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by carriers that are subsequently lost or stolen.


Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information may be subject to additional shipping charges.
