Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 14-day return and exchange policy strictly for non-limited-release products only. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to submit a request. Items must be unused, in original condition with tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
All custom, limited-release, and pre-order items — including small-batch putters — are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
To start a return or exchange, contact us at contact@sanfirth.ca before shipping anything back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Sanfirth Golf is not responsible for items lost in transit and reserves the right to deny any return or exchange.
Final Sale Items
All limited-release products — including putters, ball markers, and divot tools — are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, regardless of condition or customization.
Damages & Defects
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@sanfirth.ca so we can evaluate the issue.
Warranty
All Sanfirth putters are backed by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Although we are committed to delivering superior golf products, there is a chance a warranty claim may arise. Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, modification, or normal wear. To submit a warranty claim, contact contact@sanfirth.ca with your original proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the credit.

Damages, defects and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Although Sanfirth is committed to delivering golf products of superior performance and quality, you may be eligible for a warranty claim. If this situation does arise, we will use our own discretion to repair or replace your item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like limited-release putters, accessories (such as ball markers or divot tools), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and final sale merchandise. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
